Mark Patterson is an Advisory Director for the Real Estate Group. In addition to his role at Investcorp, Patterson is also a Senior Advisor to Rockefeller Capital Management. Until 2009, Mr. Patterson served as the Managing Director and the Head of Real Estate Global Principal Investments at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., where he over saw real estate investment banking, mortgage debt and principal investing activities. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Patterson spent 16 years at Citigroup where he was the Global Head of Real Estate Investment Banking. Patterson serves on the Board of Directors of Digital Realty Trust, Americold Realty Trust, UDR, Inc. and Paramount Group.

He holds a B.B.A. from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Colgate Darden School.
