Investcorp Technology Partners (“ITP”), the technology investment arm of leading global alternative investment firm Investcorp, today announced that it has acquired a majority stake in Connectif, a fast-growing provider of omnichannel marketing automation solutions. The investment, which marks ITP’s first in Spain, will enable Connectif to cement its position as one of Europe’s leading companies in this space and further scale its operations.
Connectif empowers businesses to understand, engage, and convert shoppers across e-commerce channels. Leveraging artificial intelligence and a data-first architecture, its unified platform analyses customer data and activates real-time insights, allowing brands to deliver personalised shopping experiences that improve satisfaction, increase conversion rates, as well as build loyalty. Connectif has supported more than 3,000 brands across the fashion, technology, health and beauty, home, and pet care sectors, facilitating over 25 million orders annually.
The investment underscores ITP’s commitment to partnering with founder-led technology companies that deliver mission-critical B2B solutions across software, data analytics, cybersecurity, and fintech. Connectif marks the sixth investment from Investcorp Technology Partners Fund V, following investments in HWG Sababa, Unifyr, NetRom Software, VEDA and Shine.
