Europe

Our European Real Estate business launched in 2016 to invest in real estate opportunities in the UK and Europe, including office and industrial commercial properties and student accommodation. We made our first acquisition in 2017 and today manage a portfolio of $1.3 billion of assets under management with investments across the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

ICIP, in partnership with Corsair Capital, specializes in infrastructure investments within the transportation and logistics sector. Its three Investment Platforms operate within air, seaborne, and surface transportation. These Investment Platforms, combine extensive asset development expertise with deep operational capabilities that generate differentiated investment sourcing and channels to market, transaction execution, and post-investment value creation.

ICIP’s investments include very prominent projects at LaGuardia and JFK airports in New York City.
