Owen Pagan joined Investcorp in 2018 after previous roles as CEO of TDS, a security software business. Previously, Owen was Director of Strategy and Growth for CoreHR, where he remains on the board. Owen is also currently Chairperson of Ubisense, an Investcorp portfolio company.

Owen has over 20 years of experience in sales, software development, programme delivery and scaling enterprise technology companies. He holds a B.A from Maynooth University, Ireland and a H.Dip in Project Management from University College Dublin.
