Moritz Zimmermann is a Principal at Investcorp Technology Partners in London, where he leads investments in technology companies across B2B Software, Cyber Security and Technology Services. He currently serves as Non-Executive Director at VEDA, a comprehensive HR software provider, and at Netrom Software, a leading software development partner.

Moritz brings extensive board experience from his portfolio companies, including his recent role as Non-Executive Director at Contentserv, a product information management (PIM) software solution that was successfully sold to Centric Software in March 2025. He has also served as Non-Executive Director at LifeFit Group, Germany’s leading multi-banner fitness operator, and held Board Observer positions at CureFit, India’s premier digital fitness platform, and Ascot Lloyd, a prominent UK-based independent wealth manager. Additionally, he served as Non-Executive Director at Atomos Wealth following its carve-out from Sanlam.

Prior to joining Investcorp in 2022, Moritz spent over five years at Oaktree Capital Management’s European Principal Group, advancing to Vice President with a focus on middle-market private equity investments. He launched his career at Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division.

Moritz holds an M.Sc. in Corporate Finance from Stockholm School of Economics and a B.Sc. in International Business from Maastricht University. A native German speaker, he is fluent in English.
