Mihir Kothari is responsible for capital raising and client engagement across institutional and private wealth channels in North America. He works closely with stakeholders across the firm to support strategic priorities, business development and deliver bespoke client solutions.

Mihir joined Investcorp in 2011 and since then has held various roles within the global distribution group across private wealth and institutional client segments. His experience spans capital raising, investor relations, project management, and business operations, with a focus on driving growth, streamlining execution and enhancing client engagement.

Prior to joining Investcorp, Mihir worked at KPMG where he was responsible for business development and served clients across assurance, consulting, and advisory services. He started his career with PwC providing audit and assurance services to clients in diverse industries.

Mihir holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai, India, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.
