Mihir Kothari leads the capital formation and investor relations function globally for the Institutional Capital Raising team covering various strategies across asset classes and geographies. He is also responsible for institutional investor reporting and bespoke client solutions, business analysis, administration and operations of the global team.

Mihir joined Investcorp in 2011 and since then has held various roles within the distribution group, specializing in private wealth and institutional clients. Prior to that he worked with KPMG where he was responsible for business development and specialized in consulting, assurance and advisory services. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in India providing audit and assurance services to a wide variety of industries.

Mihir holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Company Secretaries, and Institute of Cost Accountants in India.
