Michael Bernstein became an Advisory Director to Investcorp’s Private Equity North America team in 2016. Mr. Bernstein served as Chairman and CEO of Polyconcept, the largest supplier of promotional merchandise in the world, with operations throughout the North America, Europe and Asia until 2015. Mr. Bernstein started his career in the promotional industry in 1992 with Leed’s, the predecessor organization to Polyconcept. Investcorp acquired Mr. Bernstein’s company in 2005, combining it with the largest European promotional company to create Polyconcept. Mr. Bernstein currently is the Managing Partner for Woodland Management, a family investment office that invests in all asset classes with a special emphasis on operating businesses and real estate.

Mr. Bernstein received his BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.
