Maxwell Hummel is an Associate in Investcorp’s Climate Solutions business. Before joining Investcorp, he served as an Investment Banking Associate in the Cleantech group at Oppenheimer, focusing on renewables, mobility, electrification, and the circular economy. During his four years at Oppenheimer, Maxwell successfully executed multiple transactions involving private and public capital raises, SPAC business combinations, and IPOs.

Maxwell holds a BA in Economics from Bates College, where he played four years of Division III college basketball and served as team captain in 2019.
