Joylynn Soh joined Investcorp’s private equity Asia team in 2021. Prior to that, Joylynn worked at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) as an Investment Banking Analyst covering merger & acquisition and equity capital market transactions across Southeast Asia. She also interned at ABN AMRO Bank, Pavilion Alternatives Group and Expara Venture Capital, in Singapore.

Joylynn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy), with a specialization in Finance from the National University of Singapore.
