Jean Reynolds is Co-Head of Capital Formation and Head of Consultant Relations in the Strategic Capital Group, based in New York.
Previously, Jean was Head of Consultant Relations at Hamilton Lane Advisors in Conshohocken, PA, where she established and managed the consultant relations team.

Prior to her time at Hamilton Lane, Jean served as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners, where she held investment team, investor relations and business development roles over thirteen years. Prior to that, Jean was at Credit Suisse in the Private Fund Group. Jean began her career at First Union Securities in the Financial Sponsors Coverage Group.

Jean holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, from Davidson College.
