Jay Heirshberg joined Investcorp Credit Management in 2023 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Marble Point. As a Senior Analyst, Jay focuses on coverage of the Chemicals, Metals & Mining and Industrial sectors for Investcorp’s US CLOs.

At Marble Point, Jay was a Senior Analyst covering Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Energy and Power. Prior to that Jay worked at American Capital, Ltd as a Principal in the CLO Group and member of the Investment Committee of American Capital Leveraged Finance Management, LLC. Earlier in his career, Jay held positions with Siemens Financial Services, underwriting middle market leveraged loans and project financings across the US, Europe and Australia, and BNP Paribas’ Merchant Banking Group, structuring minority equity investments and debt financings for middle market buyouts.

Jay received a M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and an A.B. in Economics from Brown University.
