Francis Chang is a Senior Analyst covering Asset Management sectors. He joined Investcorp Credit Management US in 2012, following its acquisition of 3i Debt Management in 2017. Previously, Francis joined 3i Debt Management after it acquired Fraser Sullivan Investment Management (FSIM), where he was a Portfolio Manager.

Prior to Investcorp / 3i / Fraser Sullivan, Francis was a Managing Director with the Lehman Brothers Estate’s Corporate Loan Group, where he managed the firm’s high yield portfolio (loans, mezzanine, and equity). In this role, he oversaw a high yield loan portfolio of approximately $2.0 billion across over 35 industrial and business services companies. In the preceding nine years, Francis held positions in the Lehman Brothers Financial Sponsors Group, the Loan Portfolio Group, and the Leveraged Finance Group. Before that, Francis was a consumer/retail coverage banker in the Investment Banking Division of Furman Selz LLC. He has also held positions with Financo, Inc. and also in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America.

Francis received a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University.
