Federico Minoli brings over 40 years of experience in leading and transforming businesses for global private equity funds. From 1996 to 2007, he served as CEO and Chairman of Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., where he revitalized the brand into one of the world’s most iconic manufacturers of high-performance sports motorcycles.

Throughout his career, Federico has held senior leadership positions across multiple industries, including Chairman roles in several companies and CEO of Bally International AG and Dainese Spa. His earlier career includes serving as Worldwide Vice President of Marketing at Playtex International, General Manager of Benetton USA, and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and partner at Bain & Company.

He currently serves as Chairman of POC Sweden AB and Savet Srl and is co-owner of Deus Ex Machina Italy. In addition, he sits on the boards of several innovative start-ups. Federico is also an occasional lecturer at IESE Business School (Barcelona), Harvard Business School, and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, sharing his expertise on leadership, strategy, and brand transformation.
