Jürgen Bruns has been an Operating Partner at InvestCorp since 2024. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in transformational value creation programs, refinancing, acquisitions, mergers, carve-outs, and exits across various industries.

Jürgen began his career in consulting with Arthur Andersen, followed by senior management roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Alvarez & Marsal. He has served in small and mid-cap companies as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Private Equity, Family Office, and Corporate holdings, adding significant value thru leadership, actions and results.

He is a CPA, Sustainability-Auditor (IDW), and Tax Advisor. Jürgen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a PhD from the Universities of Paderborn, Nottingham, and Tallinn, through an ERASMUS (EC) sponsored exchange program in European Business Studies. Additionally, Jürgen is a Certified Board Member (ESMT) and has completed the Value Investing Program for Executives at Columbia Business School, New York.
