David Feigenbaum is Head of Sales, Marketing & Investor Relations for Investcorp Credit Management globally. He is responsible for investor activity and capital formation across the firm’s global public and private credit strategies. Specific areas of focus include U.S. and European Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), CLO tranche investments, bank loans and private credit investment capabilities.

David joined Investcorp in 2025 from Assured Investment Management (fka BlueMountain Capital Management), where he was Head of CLO Marketing & Strategy, responsible for the design and capital raising for closed-end CLO funds and CLO tranche investment strategies. He also oversaw capital formation and distribution for AssuredIM’s Asset Based Finance, Municipal Bond and Healthcare Private Capital businesses.

Previously, David worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at BlackRock, where he was Head of CLO Product Strategy & Marketing, encompassing capital raising for BlackRock-issued CLOs and CLO tranche investments.

David has held various senior sales and investment roles across capital markets, on the buy and sell-side, at firms including iShares (BlackRock), Lily Pond Capital Management, Layton Road Group and Bank of America. He began his career in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank.

David received a B.A. in Political Economy from Williams College, where he also played on the Varsity Golf Team.
