Dale brings more than a decade of experience in alternative investments, fundraising and investor relations, with a track record of building fundraising platforms and developing long-term relationships with institutional investors. Dale joins Investcorp from Palladium Equity Partners, where she served as Managing Director, Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations. Earlier in her career, Dale worked at both JP Morgan and E&Y.

Dale will lead our IR and fundraising efforts, building the function alongside the firm and serving as a partner to our LPs.
