Brian Marshall is the Chief Investment Officer of ICM US, serves on the ICM US investment committee and as Senior Portfolio Manager of our US CLOs. Mr. Marshall has more than 30 years of leveraged finance, direct lending, private equity and portfolio management experience across a range of industries.

Mr. Marshall joined Investcorp Credit Management in June 2020 as Portfolio Manager for our U.S. CLOs. He joined GoldenTree Asset Management where he managed investments across the capital structure for the firm’s total return and long-only strategies in addition to serving as a senior member of its loan and CLO business. Prior to that Mr. Marshall worked at American Capital as a VP focused on leveraged buyouts, direct lending and sponsor finance. Previously, Mr. Marshall was a VP at Wafra Partners where he focused on middle market buyouts and growth investing. Mr. Marshall began his career at Prudential Securities as an investment banking analyst.

Mr. Marshall received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
