From 1995-2019, Bob Kirch worked for a Caito Foods Service, Inc. Caito Foods specializes in fresh food distribution and fresh food manufacturing. Bob worked in all facets of the business from procurement, operations, business development, supply chain/transportation, M&A and executive management. From 2013-2019 Bob served as President and CEO. Under Bob’s tenure he diversified the company into supply chain services, fresh food manufacturing and built a $35m kitchen to expand the fresh food portfolio. Bob has developed strategic partnerships and has built significant books of business with best-in-class companies like Kroger, Aldi, Trader Joe’s, Gordon Food Service, and many others. Bob led the organization through a successful exit back in 2017 were Caito Foods was sold to SpartanNash, a fortune 400 company based in Grand Rapids, MI. Bob stayed on to help with the transition and left in June of 2019 to get back to his entrepreneurial spirit. Bob is currently involved in several different projects and investments across the country from tech to fresh foods. He advises and serves on the board of True Essences Foods LLC, Kesi Management, The Preventia Group and Investcorp. Bob is one of the founding members and managing partner of Kirch Equity Investments.

Bob graduated from Butler University in 1995 with BA in Marketing and earned his MBA from Butler University in 2001.
