Andy joined Investcorp in May 2025 as a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance.

He has significant transaction experience having led more than $750 billion of M&A, financing, and equity. Prior to Investcorp, Andy headed businesses in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, New York, London, and Hong Kong at FAB, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Houlihan Lokey and HSBC.
