Amir R. Rezvani is the Head of Middle East Coverage at Investcorp Strategic Capital Group (SCG) and a member of the Capital Formation team, based in the UAE. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives and investor engagement across the GCC for SCG and its portfolio GPs, drawing on his regional expertise and knowledge of the institutional landscape.

Before joining SCG, Amir worked at Investindustrial in its Investor Relations & Syndication group, leading fundraising efforts across EMEA and the Americas while based in London and New York. Prior to that, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at J.P. Morgan in London, advising on several landmark M&A and capital markets transactions in the EMEA TMT sector.

Amir has been recognized as one of Private Equity International’s “Global 40 Under 40: Future Leaders of Private Equity” in the fundraising category and as one of Germany’s “Top 40 Under 40” by Capital Magazine.

Amir was a PhD Fellow at Harvard Business School, where he worked as a Research Associate and MBA Teaching Assistant. He holds a doctorate in Economics (PhD, cum laude) from the University of St. Gallen and a master’s degree (MSc) from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
