Aishwarya Shrikhande joined Investcorp in 2023 from the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), where she was part of the sector-agnostic Growth Equity team in India. Prior to that, she worked with Avendus Capital in the investment banking team. Additionally, Aishwarya has experience with Morgan Stanley India in the Equity Fund Services team.

Aishwarya holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) – Lucknow and is a Chartered Accountant. She also has an undergraduate degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
