Andrew Margulis is the Chief Operating Officer of Investcorp’s Real Assets group, which oversees more than $16 billion in assets under management across global real estate and infrastructure.

Andrew joined Investcorp in 2019. Previously, Andrew was a member of the Capital Markets group at H/2 Capital Partners, where he was responsible for capital raising and product development across the firm’s global institutional investor base. Prior to that, he was part of the Investor Relations, Capital Markets and Fundraising group at Rialto Capital Management. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Miami.
