James joined Investcorp in 2014 and serves as Co-Head of Credit Research and member of the Investment Committee for ICM Europe. Prior to Investcorp, James worked in Acquisition Finance at Lloyds Banking Group and was part of the leveraged debt investment team at Babson Capital. He began his career at Deloitte in Audit and Transaction Services, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2005.

James holds an MA in Management from Durham University.
