Pak Chau Lam joined Investcorp Credit Management in 2025 as the head of finance, with responsibility for ensuring robust financial governance, accurate reporting and valuation, effective risk and liquidity oversight, and strong partnership with the investment and senior management teams to support sustainable performance and growth.

He transferred internally from Investcorp’s Group Business Analysis and Planning team, where he led consolidated budgeting, financial forecasting, and business performance analysis across global operations. Prior to that, Pak served as Vice President of Financial Control, overseeing financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and performance analysis. He has successfully managed high-profile transformation projects and played a pivotal role in IFRS 16 and IFRS 9 adoption.

With an international career spanning Bahrain, London, Birmingham, and Gibraltar, Pak has held finance and audit roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, and PwC.

He holds a B.S. with Honors in Mathematics from the University of Sussex and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Pak has also completed professional finance training at the London School of Business and Finance and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
