Michael Kugler is an experienced operating leader with a strong track record in driving transformation, scaling technology businesses, and building high-performing teams. He is currently the CEO of Unifyr, an Investcorp Technology Partners (ITP) portfolio company. He served as CEO of Contentserv, a former ITP portfolio company, where he accelerated product innovation, strengthened global operations, positioned the company for sustained growth, and ultimately led its successful exit to a strategic buyer.

Earlier in his career, Michael co-founded and scaled a customer experience consulting firm that became part of a larger group and was later acquired by a global systems integrator. He has also held leadership roles across high-growth SaaS and technology organizations, focusing on product innovation, commercial acceleration, and organizational development. Michael holds a diploma in business administration and engineering with a focus on technology and management.
