Jon Hays is the Head of Wealth Coverage at Investcorp’s Strategic Capital Group (SCG) and a member of the Capital Formation team, based in New York.

Before joining SCG, Jon was a founding member of the investor relations team at Hunter Point Capital, marketing the firm’s GP stakes strategy and the strategies of its underlying Partner GPs within the private wealth channel.

Prior to his time at Hunter Point Capital, Jon was head of Business Development at WealthMetrx. Jon began his career at Goldman Sachs Ayco, where he held business development roles of increasing responsibility within the group’s multi-family office unit.

Jon holds a Master of Science from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania Western University.
