New York, NY – August 4, 2025 — Investcorp, a leading global alternative investment firm, today announced four senior additions to its Strategic Capital Group (ISCG), with the goal to further strengthen its ability to support post-acquisition value creation and strategic growth across its portfolio of alternative asset managers.

Amir R. Rezvani joins as Head of Middle East Coverage, based in the GCC region. Amir leads ISCG’s strategic initiatives and investor engagement across the region, drawing on his regional expertise and deep knowledge of the institutional landscape. Prior to joining Investcorp, Amir was with Investindustrial in its Investor Relations & Syndication group, where he led fundraising efforts across EMEA and the Americas from London and New York. He was a PhD Fellow at Harvard Business School and holds a PhD in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and an MSc from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Jon Hays joins as Head of Wealth Coverage, based in New York. Jon will lead fundraising and distribution efforts for ISCG and its GPs within the private wealth channel. Prior to joining Investcorp, Jon was a founding member of the global investor relations team at Hunter Point Capital, where he served in a similar role marketing the firm’s GP stakes strategy and the strategies of its underlying GP partners. He began his career at Goldman Sachs Ayco, where he held business development roles of increasing responsibility within the group’s multi-family office unit. Jon holds M.S. in Business Analytics from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and a B.S. from Pennsylvania Western University.

Svein Floden joins as an Operating Partner, based in New York. He will focus on designing innovative product and distribution strategies for ISCG’s GPs, with particular emphasis on the Wealth Management and Insurance channels. Svein brings over two decades of experience in asset management and distribution. Prior to joining Investcorp, he served as Head of Intermediary Distribution at Insight Investment, a BNY Mellon affiliate, and held senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank Asset and Wealth Management. Svein holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Maryland.

Lindsay Shagrin joins ISCG as a Vice President, based in New York. In her role, she will coordinate capital formation efforts with ISCG’s GPs, leveraging her deep relationships with North American institutional investors to enhance distribution strategies for ISCG GPs and the broader platform. Prior to joining Investcorp, Lindsay was part of Blackstone’s Multi-Asset Investing group within the Institutional Client Solutions team. Lindsay holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.

“The expansion of our team reflects the increasing demand from GPs for strategic partners who can deliver more than just capital. These new hires bring the operational, fundraising, and product expertise that allow us to deliver tailored solutions and create meaningful value post-investment,” said Anthony Maniscalco, Managing Partner and Head of ISCG. “With Amir, Jon, Svein and Lindsay, we’re adding deep expertise across capital formation, distribution, and global investor engagement that will help our GPs scale smarter and faster.”

These new appointments build on the continued growth of ISCG’s platform, following the addition of Jean Reynolds last year as Capital Formation Partner and Head of Consultant Coverage. Based in New York, Jean brings more than two decades of experience in institutional fundraising. She previously served as Head of Consultant Relations at Hamilton Lane Advisors, where she established and managed the firm’s consultant relations team. Prior to Hamilton Lane, Jean served as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners, where she held investment team, investor relations and business development roles. Prior to that, Jean worked at Credit Suisse in the Private Fund Group and began her career at First Union Securities in the Financial Sponsors Coverage Group. Jean holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A., cum laude, from Davidson College.
