Andy Cairns is a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Investcorp having joined the firm in 2025. He has significant transaction experience, leading more than $750 billion of M&A, financing and equity. Prior to Investcorp, Andy headed businesses at First Abu Dhabi Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and HSBC. He has worked in New York, London, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Andy holds a BA (Hons) from University of Manchester.
