Andy Cairns is a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Investcorp having joined the firm in 2025. He has significant transaction experience, leading more than $750 billion of M&A, financing and equity. Prior to Investcorp, Andy headed businesses at First Abu Dhabi Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and HSBC. Andy holds a BA (Hons) from University of Manchester.
