Andy joined Investcorp in May 2025 as a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance.

He has significant transaction experience having led more than $750 billion of M&A, financing and equity. Prior to Investcorp, Andy headed businesses at FAB, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Houlihan Lokey and HSBC. He has worked in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, New York, London and Hong Kong.
