We made our first acquisition in 2017 and have invested in 275 properties to-date across the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Belgium, The Netherlands and Ireland. Today we manage a portfolio of $1.3 billion of assets under management.
Our strategy targets core-plus and light-value-add real estate investments throughout Europe that generate strong cash flows while providing potential for capital appreciation through value-add opportunities and active management.
Within our current focus on industrial, retail, student accommodation and office assets, we seek multi let and mid-box industrial units; retail parks anchored by essential retailers; affordable student accommodation in close proximity to top UK universities; and office assets with robust occupational fundamentals.
The team is led by Co-Heads of Real Assets, Herb Myers and Michael O’Brien.
