Anna joined Investcorp in 2025 as an in-house lawyer to provide legal advice and support to the ICM EU team. Anna joined Investcorp from UBS where she was a Structured Markets and Products Lawyer advising on various structured finance transactions. Before that role she spent more than 10 years as a member of the legal department at Credit Suisse where she provided legal advice and support on a wide range of products and asset classes, including European CLOs, securitisations, and other structured products. Prior to that Anna worked at the Securities and Structured Finance department of Ashurst LLP where she qualified as a solicitor in 2009. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Athens, Greece and an LLM in International Law from City University.
