After ten years as Managing Director in Investcorp’s European Private Equity group and four years as Head of Corporate Strategy at Investcorp, Andrea Davis now serves in non-executive board roles and collaborates with not-for-profit organizations dedicated to supporting young people.
She is a board member at Sanos, a clinical research organization based in Copenhagen; POC, a leading sports protection brand headquartered in Stockholm; and Zacco, a technology-enabled intellectual property management firm, also based in Copenhagen. In the UK, she works with IDX, a digital communications firm specializing in investor relations, and Modulr Finance, a prominent provider of embedded payments and payment services across the UK and Europe.
Andrea Davis is a Trustee for Working Options, a charity that empowers young people by providing career opportunities and educational guidance. She also serves as Honorary Treasurer at Loughborough University, a position that enables her to support women in STEM subjects – a personal passion.
Prior to her tenure at Investcorp, she was CFO at TDX Group, which was acquired by Investcorp in January 2014. Before that, she served as CEO, EMEA at Fellowes, a privately owned US manufacturing company. Earlier in her career, she held the role of CFO at Willett International, a global print technology company, and was Head of Corporate Strategy at BAA. She also held various positions at Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse, and J.P. Morgan.
Andrea Davis holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Loughborough University and an MBA from London Business School. She has also held the FCA Senior Management Function 3 (Executive Director).
