If you are not satisfied with the service provided by Investcorp Europe SA, you can submit a complaint or a claim. All complaints can be submitted through the following means:

Out of court complaints resolution

If you did not receive an answer or a satisfactory response to your complaint, the CSSF operates a process to facilitate out-of-court complaint resolutions between customers and financial institutions.

Your request must be filed with the CSSF within one year after the filing of the initial complaint with IESA. All the relevant information can be found on the CSSF website: https://www.cssf.lu/en/customer-complaints/  

Cross-border complaints resolution

You can also use FIN-NET (Financial Dispute Resolution Network) to submit a cross-border complaint if you live in a member country of the European Economic Area, if you have a complaint against a financial service provider in another member country of the European Economic Area, if you have submitted a complaint but are not satisfied with the response, and if you wish to know which alternative dispute resolution body could resolve the dispute.

To send a complaint to a member of the FIN-NET network, you can contact a FIN-NET member directly and ask for advice.
