For the twelve months ending December 31, 2019, Investcorp was the second largest international buyer and fourth largest international seller of US real estate, according to Real Capital Analytics. Since launching our European Real Estate business in June 2017, we have grown our total European Real Estate AUM to approximately US $800 million.¹
