Rocco DelGuercio joined Investcorp in 2019 as part of the acquisition of CM Investment Partners LLC. Since 2016, Rocco was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at CM Finance Inc and CM Investment Partners LLC. He has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, compliance and asset management. Rocco spent over 10 years at Credit Suisse Asset Management and served in various capacities, including as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of their 40 Act Mutual Fund business. Previous to Credit Suisse Asset Management, he was an independent consultant for several mid to large money managers for two years. Prior his consulting role, Rocco served as Director of Legg Mason & Co., LLC, where he oversaw their financial reporting, performance and internal control departments.

Rocco holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from The College of Staten Island, a B.A. in Business from Chadwick University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York Institute of Technology.
