    Kajetan Betz joined Investcorp in 2018. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Lazard based in Frankfurt.

    Kajetan holds a Master in Finance from IE University in Madrid, and a BA in Business Administration from University of Mannheim.

    Hazem Ben-Gacem

    Hazem Ben-Gacem is Investcorp's Co-Chief Executive Officer leading the firm's Private Equity business in Europe, Middle East and Asia, its recently launched global private banking operation and Placement and Relationship Management in the Gulf, MENA and Asia.


    Hazem is also the Managing Partner of the Investcorp Technology Partners group of funds and sits on Investcorp Group’s Executive Committee.


    Prior to his appointment as Co-CEO, Hazem led Investcorp's European private equity a team, based out of London. During that period, he was involved in over 30 of Investcorp’s private equity investments in Europe and the US. Prior to joining Investcorp in 1994, Hazem was a member of Credit Suisse First Boston's mergers and acquisitions team in New York.


    In addition to his position with Investcorp, Hazem is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Italian luxury menswear company Corneliani and the Danish luxury goods maker Georg Jensen, the Vice Chair of the Italian protective gear maker Dainese, and serves on the boards of the Swedish ski helmet maker POC, the British anti-counterfeit solution provider Opsec and the US digital information provider kgb Inc.


    Hazem holds a bachelor’s degree with honours from Harvard University and is the founder of the Harvard Office in Tunisia, the first formal presence for Harvard University in the Arab world.


    Hazem is currently a serving member of the national shooting team of Tunisia (50-meter rifle discipline), achieving a bronze medal in the 2017 African Shooting Championships.  Under the request of the Tunisian Prime Minister, Hazem co-chaired the Tunisia 2020 International Donor Conference, held in Tunisia in 2016.

    Camilla joined Investcorp in 2017 following their acquisition of 3i Debt Management. She joined 3i Group from TDR Capital, where she was an Investor Relations Associate. Previous to this, Camilla worked in the Investment Management Division of Hoare’s Bank (now called Cazenove Capital Management). She began her career as a Graduate Analyst at Citigroup.

    Camilla was awarded a First Class MA Hons degree in History from the University of Edinburgh with an award for academic achievement. Camilla holds the CFA’s Investment Management Certificate (IMC). She is currently a Level 2 candidate for the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, having been awarded a double scholarship by the Association’s European Committee.

    Chairman of Investcorp Technology Partners

    Savio Tung has recently retired as the Chief Investment Officer of Investcorp and currently serves as Chairman of Investcorp Technology Partners. Before joining Investcorp in 1984, Savio Tung was a senior banker at Chase Manhattan Bank and worked in its offices in New York, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and London. He was also a key executive in establishing Chase's Bahrain office and marketing presence in the Gulf.

    Savio holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University. He is a trustee emeritus of Columbia University and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Savio is also an independent non-executive director of Bank of China, Hong Kong Limited and a board member of Tech Data Corporation (NASDAQ: TECD).

    Gilbert Kamieniecky joined Investcorp in 2005. He leads Investcorp Technology Partners, which recently raised a $400m Fund IV to invest in lower mid-market technology companies with a specific focus on Data / Analytics, IT Security and Fintech / Payment. 

    Gilbert is on the board of Ageras, Calligo, eviivo, Impero, OpSec, softgarden and Ubisense.   Past board positions include TDX (sold to Equifax), Skrill (Paysafe, publicly listed), Dainese and Asiakastieto (publicly listed).

    Prior to Investcorp, Gilbert worked with Morgan Stanley in the Leveraged Finance Group, the Global Industrials Group and Firm Management. Gilbert graduated as Valedictorian from Cass Business School (City University) with a BSc in Business Studies and also holds an MSt in International Relations (History, Politics) from Cambridge University.

    Managing Director, Product Specialist – Private Equity and Absolute Return Investments

    Anand Radhakrishnan joined Investcorp in 2002 and is currently the Product Specialist for Private Equity and Absolute Return Investments units. He has held different roles and responsibilities at Investcorp, including COO for North American Private Equity group, overseeing private equity client relationships in the US, and member of Investcorp’s Technology Investments team.

    Prior to Investcorp, Anand was with The Carlyle Group in Washington, D.C., where he worked in the Venture Capital Group and at Robertson Stephens in San Francisco, where he was a member of the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Team.

    Anand holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

    Georg joined Investcorp in 2016 after four years at technology-focused private equity firm Silver Lake. Prior to that, he spent four years in Merrill Lynch’s investment banking team in Germany. Georg currently serves on the board of Calligo and eviivo.

    Georg holds an undergraduate degree in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University and a masters in International Business from HEC Paris.

    Julian Bennet joined Investcorp in 2016 after three years in the technology team of HGCapital in London. Prior to that, he spent three years at Augusta & Co, a mid-market UK corporate finance boutique and two years at Morgan Stanley, primarily in their technology M&A team, in both London and Dubai. Julian currently serves on the board of Impero and Ageras.

    Julian graduated with an MBA from The Wharton School and also holds a Master of Arts in Literae Humaniores from the University of Oxford.

    Maria Patrão joined Investcorp in 2017 after four years at Goldman Sachs’ investment banking team in London. Prior to that, Maria spent two years at Deloitte’s strategic consulting practice in Portugal and Angola.

    Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Porto and a double Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics and Lancaster University.

    Martin Wülfert

    Martin Wuelfert was most recently CEO of the German cyber-security organization DCSO, created by the four German DAX companies Allianz, BASF, Bayer and Volkswagen. DCSO provides high-end cyber-security managed services for some of the largest German enterprises. Prior to joining DCSO Martin served as CEO of the leading European transportation management cloud platform Transporeon. Before that he founded Your Business Lab (YBL), a boutique consulting firm that specialized in product, go-to-market and M&A strategy within the software industry.

    Before founding YBL, Mr. Wuelfert managed Utimaco Safeware AG as CEO for over seven years, also during Investcorp’s ownership, until the company was acquired by and integrated into Sophos. Prior to Utimaco, Mr. Wuelfert served at various management positions in the Novartis group, including being a division CIO for many years, M&A integration manager in Australia & New Zealand and general manager of Novartis Animal Health in Germany.

    Mr. Wuelfert holds a diploma in Theoretical Physics from the University of Basel, Switzerland.

    Siegfried Heimgärtner most recently served as CEO of Skrill, one of Investcorp’s former portfolio companies. During his tenure, Skrill grew to a worldwide payment network offering businesses access to direct payment processing via 100 payment options in 200 countries and in over 40 currencies.

    Prior to joining Skrill, Mr. Heimgärtner was Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff in Paris at Ingenico, a EURONEXT listed company, and the leading provider of payment solutions at the POS, with over 15 million terminals installed in 125 countries. The company processes more than two billion payment transactions annually, and acquired easycash Group in 2009 at which time Mr. Heimgärtner assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Prior to easycash, he held various management positions at Epson and Bull, both globally-recognized companies in the high-technology sector.

    Mr. Heimgärtner is a graduate of the Bull International Management Programme at Ecole Européenne des Affaires, Paris and also holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

    Richard Fuller was elected Member of Parliament (‘MP’) in the United Kingdom in 2010 and re-elected in 2015. He is a member of the Select Committee for Business, Innovation and Skills and the Select Committee for Regulatory Reforms. Prior to becoming an MP, Mr. Fuller had been a Partner at LEK Consulting and at Investcorp. He also co-founded a home care business and was instrumental in establishing the Bedford Business Fund. Mr. Fuller is currently the Chairman of OpSec and a Board Member at eviivo.

    Mr. Fuller holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Oxford University. Mr. Fuller has worked extensively in the UK, USA, Philippines, Australia and South Korea.

    Advisory Director

    Philip Walters joined Investcorp as an Advisory Director in 2014. He has nearly forty years experience of the global educational market place.

    Philip is currently Chairman of the GL Education Group and Chair of the independent educational publisher, Rising Stars. He is also a non-executive Director of Encyclopaedia Britannica (London), of Nelson Croom, the leading supplier of online training and assessment for UK professional bodies, Scottish Book Source, the leading book distributor for Scottish publishers, and CABI, a not-for-profit international organization that improves lives by solving problems in agriculture and the environment.

    Philip was formerly Chief Executive of Hodder Education, the second largest secondary school publisher in the UK. He was awarded an MBE in 2010 for services to educational publishing.
