Parsram Dhanraj joined Investcorp in 2023 as a Managing Director on the Institutional Capital Raising team based in New York where he leads the capital formation efforts across the firm’s North American investment strategies and products. Previously, Parsram was a Partner at Atlantic-Pacific Capital where he was responsible for providing financial sponsor clients with strategic advice on all aspects of their global fundraising campaigns. Parsram began his career at Moody’s Investors Services within the Financial Institutions Group and U.S. Structured Finance and Derivatives Group.

Parsram holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
