Michelle Felman is an Advisory Director for Investcorp’s Real Estate Group. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Cyxtera (CYXT:NASDAQ) where she sits on the Audit Committee. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of Turner Impact Capital, a social impact platform focused on education, healthcare and workforce housing and sits on several investment committees. She is on the Advisory Board of Osso Capital, a multisector-focused real estate fund. She is the Founder of JAM Holdings, an investment and advisory company. Michelle has been an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School since 2016 and at the Wharton School from 2010-2014.

Michelle recently completed her term as a Trustee of Partners Group (PGHN: SIX), a global private equity firm where she served as Chair of the Investment Oversight Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation and Governance Committee. She was a Director of Forest City Enterprise (FCE:NYSE) until its sale to Brookfield. She served as a Trustee of Choice Properties (CHP:TSX), and as a Member of the Compensation, Governance and Nominating Committee. Michelle has also served on the board of Cumming Corporation, a global project management company and Reonomy, a real estate technology company until their sale in 2021.

She served as the Executive Vice President – Co-Head of Acquisitions and Capital Markets of Vornado Realty Trust (VNO:NYSE) where she oversaw the firm’s asset and corporate acquisition activity and mezzanine debt activity until 2011. She joined GE Capital as a Managing Director of Business Development, where she acquired billions of dollars in real estate and non-performing loans in the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, and France. Michelle began her career in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley.

Michelle holds a B.A. from The University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
