David Lee is a Partner in Investcorp’s Strategic Capital Group. Prior to joining Investcorp, David was Head of Transactions for Credit Suisse Anteil Capital Partners. Previously, David was the Head of Asset Management Advisory at Perella Weinberg Partners within its investment banking unit, and Head of M&A, Strategy & Business Development at New York Life Investment Management. Earlier in his career, David was an Associate at Deutsche Bank’s Financial Institutions Group focusing on asset management and financial services M&A. He also served as a Corporate Attorney at Seward & Kissel LLP, also focusing on asset management M&A.

David has served as a strategic advisor to BNM Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm in the travel & hospitality industry, and as an advisor to Powerscale Capital Management, a private investment firm providing endowment style investment advisory services to ultra-high-net worth families.

Mr. Lee received a Bachelor of Arts from University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
