    Jim joined Investcorp Credit Management in March of 2019. He is a member of the Investment Committee.

    Previously, Jim was a Senior Managing Director at Medley Management Inc. where he held roles including Head of Credit and Structured Credit, Head of Markets (Tradable Credit), Head of Investing and Head of Restructuring.   

    Jim began his career in leveraged finance with Fleet Bank and J.P. Morgan Securities’ (fka Chemical and Chase Securities) Acquisition Finance and Global Leveraged Finance Group. After joining private equity firm J.H. Whitney & Co., Jim was a Founding Partner of Friedberg Millstein's credit strategies business and a Founding Managing Partner of CastleHill Investment Management and WhiteSquall Capital Partners.

    Jim received a BA in Economics from Colby College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

    Jeremy joined Investcorp Credit Management when Investcorp Group acquired 3i Debt Management in 2017. He is a member of a number of key management and investment committees.

    Previously, Jeremy joined 3i Debt Management in 2011, following the acquisition of Mizuho Investment Management from Mizuho Corporate Bank by 3i.  At 3i, Jeremy was a member of the Executive and Risk Committee of 3i Group plc and CEO and Managing Partner of the Debt Management business from inception.

    Prior to joining 3i, Jeremy was with Mizuho Corporate Bank (formerly The Fuji Bank) since 1988. Jeremy was the founder of Mizuho’s Leveraged Finance business in 1988 and the founder of the third-party independent fund management business in 2005. He had overall responsibility for the LBO/MBO franchise, leveraged syndications, mezzanine finance and equity fund business in Europe, U.S. and Asia (excluding Japan). Under his supervision, the bank was involved in financing over 500 buy-out transactions.

    A veteran of the leveraged buy-out and M&A markets, Jeremy has over 30 years of relevant experience globally. He was an Executive Officer of Mizuho Corporate Bank, being the first non-Japanese person to achieve this status in the bank’s history. He holds a B.A. (Honours) degree in Business Administration and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Jeremy is approved to perform the FCA management controlled functions 1, 3 & 30.

    Peter joined the business in June 2008, initially as CIO, and is currently the COO and a member of the Investment Committee in Europe.

    Previously, Peter worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) as a Senior Director in their Leveraged Finance team which he joined in 1995.

    Prior to 1995, Peter held various roles also within RBS working latterly in the credit department and lending review (audit) team.

    Peter has completed the Membership examinations of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Peter is approved to perform FCA controlled functions 1 & 30.

    Christopher Jansen joined Investcorp in 2019 as part of the acquisition of CM Investment Partners LLC. Previously, Christopher served as Senior Managing Director at Cyrus Capital Partners LLC. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Advisor at Sound Harbor Partners, a private credit investment firm. Christopher was formerly a founding Managing Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager for Stanfield Capital Partners (“SCP”) from its formation in 1998 through the sale of SCP in 2010. His responsibilities included investment oversight and administration of portfolio management procedures of the SCP’s sub-investment grade leveraged loan businesses. Additionally, as a member of SCP’s Management Committee, Christopher was involved in the strategic planning of SCP. Prior to founding Stanfield, he was Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Chancellor Senior Secured Management. Christopher also held various positions at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, serving as Vice President in the Bank’s Acquisition Finance Group and LBO Management Group.

    Christopher holds a B.A. from Rutgers College and an M.M. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

    Michael Mauer joined Investcorp in 2019 as part of the acquisition of CM Investment Partners LLC. Previously, Michael served as Senior Managing Director and head of leveraged loans at Cyrus Capital Partners LLC and thereafter co-founded CM Investment Partners LLC in 2012. He formerly worked for Icahn Capital where he was a Senior Managing Director and a member of the investment team. In addition, he was in charge of the firm’s Marketing and Investor Relations. Prior to that, Michael spent over eight years at Citicorp where he was a Managing Director. During that time, he led several businesses including roles as the Global Co-Head of Leverage Finance and Global Co-Head of Fixed Income Currency and Commodity Distribution. In addition, during this period he was a senior member of Citigroup’s credit committee responsible for all underwriting and principal commitments of leverage finance capital worldwide. Michael also held several positions at JPMorgan, including Head of North America Investment Grade and Leverage Loan Syndicate, Sales and Trading businesses. Michael began his career at Price Waterhouse & Co. where he was a Senior Accountant and held the Certified Public Accountant designation.

    Michael holds a B.S. from the University of Scranton and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

    Phil joined ICM in January 2018 as Head of European Credit Funds, overseeing the structuring and fundraising for closed ended credit funds and separately managed accounts in Europe. Phil is a member of the Investment Committee in Europe.

    Previously, Phil spent 24 years at Rothschild & Co where he focussed exclusively on leverage credit, starting as a Director in Regional Leveraged Finance in 1994, before heading up the UK Leveraged Finance team four years later.

    In 2008 Phil was appointed Co-Head of Rothschild Banking Division and subsequently oversaw the transition of this business from a balance sheet activity into a third party credit manager, raising a succession of CLOs and a range of credit funds. Phil was instrumental in establishing and developing the Global Credit Management business at Rothschild.

    Phil started his career in Corporate Debt at Hill Samuel Merchant Bank Limited and NatWest Markets.

James joined from Lloyds Banking Group where he worked in the Acquisition Finance team for 4 years and prior to this, James worked in the leveraged debt investment team at Babson Capital Europe. James started his career at Deloitte working within both Audit and Transaction Services, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005. James graduated from Durham University with an MA in Management.

    Kieran is a Director for ICM EU with responsibility for all fund reporting and operations of the business. This covers systems, liquidity, portfolio and hypothetical trade evaluation, data integrity and reporting of the ICM series of funds. Kieran joined ICM EU in February 2017, following the acquisition of 3i Debt Management, where he worked for six years. Prior to joining 3i Debt Management, Kieran worked at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) for six years, holding various roles in the Mezzanine, CDO and secondary debt markets team. Kieran holds a Honours degree in Business studies and Economics and is approved to perform the FCA controlled function 30.

    Dominic joined  ICM EU in June 2018 is a Director and Portfolio Manager responsibility for the portfolio management and structuring of closed ended Credit Funds and separately managed accounts in Europe.

    Prior to joining ICM EU, Dominic spent 13 years within the Credit Management business of Rothschild & Co.   He was Portfolio Manager of Rothschild’s closed ended Credit Funds and separately managed accounts since inception of the strategy in 2012, raising and deploying c€2.0 billion of capital in the Strategy.  During his time at Rothschild, Dominic gained a wide range of experience across credit markets, investing into both large-cap and mid-cap leveraged loan, high yield bonds and junior debt.

    Before Rothschild, Dominic worked in both Private Equity and Corporate Finance

    Dominic is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of England and Wales.

    David is a Director and Portfolio Manager for ICM EU having originally joined 3i Debt Management, the predecessor to ICM EU in July 2012.  Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at HSBC where he headed the bank’s institutional loan sales business in Europe.

    David joined HSBC Investment Bank in 1988 to establish and run the bank’s secondary loan trading business before heading leverage and secondary sales within the HSBC’s Leveraged and Acquisition Finance group.  David started his career at NatWest moving to NatWest International and then NatWest Markets undertaking a variety of loan syndication and trading, credit and corporate banking roles.

    David has over 20 years sales and trading experience in the international syndicated loan and leverage finance market and is one of the pioneers of the secondary loan market in Europe. He sat on the board of Directors of the Loan Market Association for over 10 years and was Vice-Chairman between 2006 and 2009. David holds a Banking Diploma from the Institute of Financial Services and is approved to perform the FCA controlled function 30.

    Masaaki is a Senior Director for ICM EU with responsibility for the Private Equity Fund of Funds business and fundraising in Japan. He joined 3i Debt Management, the predecessor to ICM EU in 2011 following the acquisition of Mizuho Investment Management (MIM) from Mizuho Corporate Bank.

    Prior to joining 3i, Masaaki began his career at Mizuho Corporate Bank (formerly The Fuji Bank) in 1990.Having built up several years of corporate finance experience in Japan, he joined The Fuji Bank's Syndication Group in London in 1998 and subsequently moved to Mizuho Corporate Bank's Leveraged Finance Group in 2003 where he was responsible for Mizuho's private equity investments. Masaaki holds a B.A. in Politics from Keio University in Japan. Masaaki is approved to perform the FCA controlled function 30.

    Richard joined the Credit Management Group in November 2012 and is responsible for analysing new debt investment opportunities primarily in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector. Richard joined from Lloyds Banking Group where he worked as a Leverage Analyst in the Acquisition Finance team for 2 years. Prior to this he spent 5 years at Allied Irish Bank having completed their graduate programme and held positions in Credit and later as a Relationship Manager. Richard graduated from Surrey University achieving a 2.1 in Business Management with Risk and Finance.

    Barry is a Director with responsibility for European CLO issuance and working on strategic growth projects of the business. During his time with 3i Debt Management, the predecessor to ICM EU, Barry was involved in a number of strategic transactions, including the establishment of 3i Debt Management in 2011 through the acquisition of Mizuho Investment Management and the transaction to establish 3i Debt Management US.

    He has worked on the issuance of each of ICM’s nine European 2.0 CLOs and led the fund structuring of ICM’s European Middle Market Fund. He is a committee member of the BVCA Alternative Lending Group. Barry studied Economics at Trinity College, Dublin.

    Sarunas joined the Credit Management Group in March 2018 as an Associate Director and is primarily responsible for analysing new debt investment opportunities across all sectors. Sarunas joined from ING Bank, London where he began his career as a graduate trainee in 2011, before becoming an Analyst in the Structured Acquisition Finance team in 2012 and finishing from there as a Vice President for the past two years. Sarunas holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Bath and is a CFA® charterholder.

    Mark is Senior Counsel to ICM EU, responsible for the provision of internal and external legal advice and resource. Mark joined ICM EU in 2017 as part of the debt management team acquired from 3i.  Prior to joining Investcorp Mark worked with 3i from 1995 to 2017 and has a gained wide experience of 3i’s business with particular focus on its funding, fund raisings (both private LP funds and publicly listed funds) and the acquisitions undertaken by 3i for its own business development. Mark’s background is in banking law and the credit markets. Prior to joining 3i Mark spent nearly 11 years with Allen & Overy where he trained, qualified and worked in their Banking and Capital Markets teams typically advising banks on general corporate loans, project financings, large scale corporate restructurings and other debt capital markets events.

    Mark served an 18 month secondment to the NatWest loans syndication desk and holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Reading University.

    Neil is a Director for ICM EU. Neil heads up the dedicated credit research function at ICM EU and is also the portfolio manager for the ICM Middle Market Fund. Neil joined 3i Debt Management, the predecessor to ICM EU in 2011 following the acquisition of Mizuho Investment Management (MIM) from Mizuho Corporate Bank. At Mizuho Neil was responsible for all of the credit processes within the Company. Prior to joining Mizuho in 2005, Neil held various credit analyst roles within Leveraged Finance at Ahli United, GE Capital and Wachovia.

    Neil has 19 years’ experience within the leveraged finance market and is a qualified accountant. Neil also holds a 2.1 BSc (hons) in Management and Chemical Sciences and an MSc (hons) in International Business, both of which were obtained from UMIST.

    David joined the Credit Management Group in June 2011 and is a member of the European Investment Committee. He is also responsible for investments in the Construction sector. Prior to this, David spent over 4 years at Resource Europe, a top performing CLO manager, where he was a key-man and director. David previously spent 11 years at The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Ltd, latterly as the Head of the Leveraged Loan Investment Department overseeing a £400m portfolio consisting primarily of LBO, acquisition finance and structured finance transactions. David also worked for Standard Chartered Bank for 13 years, latterly as a credit analyst in the Credit Risk Management Department. He qualified as an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers in 1991.

    Andrew is a Portfolio Manager at ICM EU, with 11 years at the company having originally joined Mizuho’s CLO platform in 2006.  Andrew was involved in the transaction to acquire the Invesco Management Contracts in 2012 and subsequently took Portfolio Manager responsibility for these funds. Prior to transitioning to the Portfolio Manager role, Andrew was a credit analyst with specific focus on the consumer sector.  

    Andrew began his career within the Credit Risk and Portfolio Management department at Mizuho Corporate Bank in 2005 before moving to Mizuho’s CLO team. Andrew graduated from Brunel University with a first class honours degree in Economics and Business Finance.

    Gaurav Babbar joined 3i Debt Management US LLC (“3i DM US”) in November 2015, which became Investcorp Credit Management US LLC  (“ICM US”) in February 2017.  Prior to 3i DM US, Gaurav was a Senior Research Analyst at Benefit Street Partners (affiliate of Providence Equity Partners), an asset manager focused on investing in credit across High Yield and Bank Loans.  Gaurav was responsible for originating and covering investments in the energy and power sectors for the CLO platform, and the long/short credit platform.  Prior to that, Gaurav worked at Nomura’s high yield and distressed trading desk, as Senior Desk Analyst with coverage of the energy and power sectors.  In addition, Gauarav has significant investment experience in the energy sector, as a Senior Analyst at Kamunting Street Capital Management and Scottwood Capital.

    He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from University of Chicago.

    Gene Basov joined Fraser Sullivan Investment Management (“FSIM”) as the Chief Financial Officer in 2009, and continued this role both at 3i Debt Management US LLC (“3i DM US”) and now at Investcorp Credit Management US LLC  (“ICM US”) beginning in February 2017.  Prior to joining FSIM, Gene was a Vice President and Fund Group Controller at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P.  He managed a group that was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of the firm’s lending and CLO funds.  Prior to his position as Vice President, Gene was an Assistant Controller and worked on the partnership accounting for Cerberus’ CLO funds.  Prior to that, Gene worked at General Motors Asset Management (“GMAM”) where he was a financial analyst in the Investment Accounting Group.  Before joining GMAM, he was a senior auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP. 

    He holds a BBA in accounting from Baruch College and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.  Gene is a Certified Public Accountant.

    Francis Chang joined 3i Debt Management US LLC (“3i DM US”) in September 2012, which became Investcorp Credit Management US LLC  (“ICM US”) in February 2017.  Mr. Chang joined 3i DM US following the completion of the strategic transaction with Fraser Sullivan Investment Management (“FSIM”), which established the 3i Debt Management platform in the US.  He previously served as a Portfolio Manager of FSIM.  Prior to joining FSIM, Francis was a Managing Director with the Lehman Brothers Estate’s Corporate Loan Group managing the firm’s high yield portfolio (loans, mezzanine and equity).  He managed a high yield loan portfolio of approximately $2.0 billion to over 35 industrial and business services companies.  Francis joined Lehman Brothers in 1999 and in the subsequent nine years held positions in the Financial Sponsors Group, the Loan Portfolio Group and the Leveraged Finance Group.  From 1995 to 1999, Francis was a consumer/retail coverage banker in the Investment Banking Division of Furman Selz LLC.  Prior to 1995, he held positions with Financo, Inc. and in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America.  

    He holds a BA degree from Colgate University.

    David Endler joined 3i Debt Management US LLC (“3i DM US”) in September 2012, which became Investcorp Credit Management US LLC  (“ICM US”) in February 2017.  David joined 3i DM US following the completion of the strategic transaction with Fraser Sullivan Investment Management (“FSIM”), which established the 3i Debt Management platform in the US.  He previously served as a Portfolio Manager of FSIM since the firm’s founding in 2005.  David joined FSIM from Oaktree Capital Management, where he was a Senior Vice President in the High Yield Group.  During his seven years at Oaktree, he was a credit research analyst responsible for investing in high yield bonds in a variety of industries including healthcare, chemicals, airlines and media.  Before joining Oaktree, David worked as an equity analyst for Pacific Strategic Fund Group. 

    He holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles. He is a CFA Charterholder.

    William ("Bill") Hoffmann joined Investcorp as a Senior Analyst in August 2017. Prior to this, Bill was a Managing Director and Senior High Yield Analyst with RBC Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank as an Executive Director and Senior High Yield Analyst. Bill was consistently ranked by Institutional Investor magazine as a member of the “All-American Fixed Income Research Team” in multiple industry sectors.  Previously to his work at UBS, he was a Senior High Yield Analyst and Senior Relationship Manager with Toronto Dominion Securities and Toronto Dominion Bank. Bill began his career as a Manufacturing Engineer at the Sikorsky Aircraft Division of United Technologies.

    Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University.

    Asif Khaja joined 3i Debt Management US LLC (“3i DM US”) in September 2014, which became Investcorp Credit Management US LLC  (“ICM US”) in February 2017.  Prior to 3i DM US, Asif was a Credit Analyst with Silvermine Capital Management, where he was responsible for coverage of the media, entertainment, and publishing sectors.  Prior to Silvermine, Asif was an Assistant Vice President in High Yield Research at Barclays Bank PLC, covering media and entertainment.  Asif has also held various leveraged credit roles at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where he analyzed the creditworthiness of potential borrowers in broadly syndicated loan deals. 

    He holds a BS degree from The College of New Jersey, graduating summa cum laude, and is a CFA Charterholder.

    Patrick Maloney joined Fraser Sullivan Investment Management (“FSIM”) as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in 2011 and continued these duties both at 3i Debt Management US LLC (“3i DM US”) and now at Investcorp Credit Management US LLC  (“ICM US”) beginning in February 2017.  Previously, Patrick was the Global Chief Compliance Officer of Aladdin Capital Management LLC and Aladdin Credit Advisors L.P.  Prior to this, Patrick established the US operations of Kinetic Partners LLP, a global asset management, hedge-fund and broker dealer compliance consultancy firm. Patrick joined Kinetic Partners from the General Counsel’s office of JWM Partners. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director & Senior Regulatory Counsel in the general counsel’s office at The Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. and spent eight years as a white collar prosecutor specializing in securities fraud prosecutions. Patrick is licensed to practice law in New York and received his JD from St. John’s University and his BA from Fairfield University. He has FINRA Series 7 & 24 licenses.

    David Nadeau joined 3i Debt Management US LLC (“3i DM US”) in September 2012, which became Investcorp Credit Management US LLC  (“ICM US”) in February 2017.  David joined 3i DM US following the completion of the strategic transaction with Fraser Sullivan Investment Management (“FSIM”), which established the 3i Debt Management platform in the US.  He previously served as a Portfolio Manager of FSIM since the firm’s founding in 2005.  David joined FSIM from Citigroup Global Investments, where he served as Senior Vice President and High Yield Portfolio Manager.  David was responsible for managing a $3 billion high yield portfolio for Travelers Life & Annuity, as well as separate accounts.  Prior to his promotion to Portfolio Manager, David was responsible for high yield and distressed investments in the Utilities/IPP, cyclical and telecommunications sectors for various Citigroup portfolios.  Prior to that, David was a Vice President in the Global Special Investments Group at ING Baring (US) Capital.  While at ING, David was responsible for investments in high yield, distressed and equity securities for the firm’s $1.25 billion proprietary fund.  David began his career in the Financial Analyst program in the Investment Banking Division of PaineWebber Inc., after which he held several analytical, sales and trading, and research positions.     Amberine Nagree joined Investcorp Credit Management US in September 2017 as a Director of Business Development.  Prior to joining Investcorp, Amberine was with J.P. Morgan for 15 years in various roles in New York and London.  Most recently, she was the Head of EMEA CLO Origination responsible for structuring and marketing CLOs to institutional investors.  Prior to that, she was an Executive Director on the Private Label Mortgage Resolution team and a Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Municipal Finance business.  Amberine began her career as an analyst in structured products and used cash flow and market value technology to securitize broadly syndicated and middle market corporate debt.

    Lisa Wagemann joined Fraser Sullivan Investment Management (“FSIM”) as Director of Operations in July 2010, and continued this role both at 3i Debt Management US LLC (“3i DM US”) and now at Investcorp Credit Management US LLC  (“ICM US”) beginning in February 2017.  Lisa joined FSIM from Navigare Partners, LLC.  At Navigare Partners, she was primarily responsible for loan performance, CLO compliance, and various aspects of loan administration.  Prior to joining Navigare, Lisa was an Administrative Officer at Alliance Capital.  At Alliance Capital, she was responsible for the settlement, administration and reporting of loans managed by Alliance Capital.     Zach Alpern joined Investcorp in 2019 as part of the acquisition of CM Investment Partners LLC. Zach previously served as a Director of CM Investment Partners LLC and has over 13 years of experience in leveraged finance. He was a joint employee of CM Investment Partners and Stifel. At Stifel, Zach was a co-founder of the Credit Investments Group with Messrs. Dibble and Muns, performing origination and credit functions with a focus on the middle market. He also advised the Chapter 11 Trustee in the Acis LP/GP Bankruptcy case alongside Miller Buckfire in 2018.

    Zach joined Stifel in 2012 from Cantor Fitzgerald, where he was a trader focused on par and distressed loans, as well as post-reorganization private equities. He worked closely with Messrs. Dibble and Muns to build the various components of the Cantor Fitzgerald leveraged loan business. Prior to that, Zach spent four years as part of the Leveraged Finance Group at Blackrock, where he was responsible for fundamental credit analysis, trading bank loans, as well as managing amendment, workout, and restructuring processes for Blackrock’s loan positions across all of its investment mandates. He was also responsible for day-to-day management of six active and three run-off CLOs, and assisted with the management of closed and open-end mutual funds and separate accounts, as well as BCI, an $8bn levered credit dislocation fund. Zach also helped develop a variety of bank loan-specific analytical tools to track relevant deal information, reporting, risk, and trade compliance across Blackrock’s loan mandates.

    Rocco DelGuercio joined Investcorp in 2019 as part of the acquisition of CM Investment Partners LLC. Since 2016, Rocco was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at CM Finance Inc and CM Investment Partners LLC. He has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, compliance and asset management. Rocco spent over 10 years at Credit Suisse Asset Management and served in various capacities, including as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of their 40 Act Mutual Fund business. Previous to Credit Suisse Asset Management, he was an independent consultant for several mid to large money managers for two years. Prior his consulting role, Rocco served as Director of Legg Mason & Co., LLC, where he oversaw their financial reporting, performance and internal control departments.

    John Dibble joined Investcorp in 2019 as part of the acquisition of CM Investment Partners LLC. John previously served as a Director of CM Investment Partners LLC and has over 15 years of experience in leveraged finance and in particular, loan and distressed sales and trading. He was a joint employee of CM Investment Partners and Stifel. At Stifel, he was a co-founder of the Credit Investments Group alongside Messrs. Alpern and Muns, where he performed a number of functions including origination and capital markets roles. He also traded loans on behalf of Stifel Bank & Trust.

    John joined Stifel in 2012 from Cantor Fitzgerald, where he helped build the loan and distressed sales and trading platform. He was responsible for trading Cantor Fitzgerald’s agented names as well as sourcing middle market trade ideas and product. John worked closely with Messrs. Alpern and Muns to build the various components of the Cantor Fitzgerald leveraged loan business. Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, John spent four years on the distressed sales and trading desk at Bank of America, where he was responsible for the operational aspects of over $3bn of positions for the distressed trading desk including loans, bonds, trade claims, post-reorg equity, public equity, equity options and aircraft. Messrs. Dibble and Muns worked together at Bank of America to expand the group’s presence in the middle-market and distressed loan market. Previously, he worked as an Associate at Deutsche Bank in their Private Wealth Management group where he helped structure and underwrite collateralized loans as well as monitor bank’s existing loan portfolio.

    Andrew Muns joined Investcorp in 2019 as part of the acquisition of CM Investment Partners LLC. Andrew previously served as a Director of CM Investment Partners LL and has over 17 years of leveraged finance experience, and was a joint employee of CM Investment Partners and Stifel. Andrew was a co-founder of the Credit Investments Group and served as its Head of Credit. He joined Stifel in 2012 from Cantor Fitzgerald, where he helped to develop the credit research platform at Cantor Fitzgerald as a Managing Director with the Special Situations and Leverage Loans Desk. At Cantor Fitzgerald, he served as a market facing senior credit analyst as well as overseeing the rollout of a new research distribution and publication model that significantly expanded the reach of the loan group. Andrew worked closely with Messrs. Alpern and Dibble to build the various components of the leveraged loan Cantor Fitzgerald business.

    Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Investment Analyst with Icahn Associates, the manager of Carl Icahn’s activist hedge fund. He was later a Managing Director with Sabretooth Capital, a global multi-strategy hedge fund. Andrew was a distressed desk analyst with Bank of America where he advised the firm’s proprietary secondary trading and interfaced with institutional investors through his coverage of distressed credits across multiple industry verticals. Messrs. Muns and Dibble worked together at Bank of America to expand the group’s presence in the middle-market and distressed loan market.

    Andrew also worked as a math education volunteer for the Peace Corps in the Central African Republic and as a consultant with PDVSA in Venezuela.

    Andrew holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
