Nick Vamvakas joined Investcorp in 2010 from Lyxor Asset Management, a subsidiary of the Societe Generale Group, where he developed and managed hedge fund seeding programs. Nick has more than 16 years of experience in alternative investments. Before joining Lyxor Asset Management, he was President and a Director of BAREP Asset Management USA, Inc. and prior to becoming President he established and reinforced Societe Generale's alternative presence in Ireland as Managing Director of Societe Generale Alternative Investment (Ireland) Ltd., a Dublin-based asset management firm. Nick also spent time working with BAM USA, where he was an Executive Vice President and in charge of organizational development.

Nick holds a BS in Finance from DePaul University, Chicago and is a member of the National Futures Association.
