Martin Maleska joined Investcorp as an Advisory Director to the North American corporate investment team in 2006 after having been affiliated with the group since 2004. Martin has 30 years of publishing and media experience. He has been Senior Vice president, Group Executive in charge of Professional Publishing at Macmillan Inc., President of International and Professional Publishing at Simon & Schuster, and Chief Executive Officer of Business Information at Primedia Inc. 

Martin holds an MBA in Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Fordham University, and he is a former Adjunct Instructor at the New York University School of Professional and Continuing Education. 

Martin has extensive board experience for both public and private companies. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of CCC Information Services, Randall-Reilly Publishing Company, SourceMedia Publishing and Veritext. Outside of Investcorp's portfolio companies, he is on the Board of Directors of Executive Development Associates, BizBash Inc, and Palm Beach Medical College. Martin is also on ProPublica's Business Advisory Council.
